Professional Document & Photo Scanning
Preserve Your Memories. Organize Your Records. Keep a Backup Within Reach.
The service description below uses the more than 15 years of experience and firewall protection you provided. The Any Business Consulting prices are recommended rates, not verified existing company prices.
Your important paperwork and treasured photographs deserve more than a crowded filing cabinet, an overfilled drawer, or a forgotten storage box. Any Business Consulting offers professional document and photo scanning to help individuals, families, and businesses turn physical records into organized digital files.
With more than 15 years of experience in digital scanning and storage, we understand that every project represents something important: family history, personal milestones, business transactions, or information you may need again. Our approach emphasizes careful handling, clear communication, organized delivery, and practical storage options.
Choose to receive your completed scans on a USB flash drive, maintain a backup through our firewall-protected website, or select both for added convenience. Our goal is to make preserving and retrieving your information straightforward and affordable.
What We Scan
Documents: Turn Paperwork Into Organized Digital Files
Any Business Consulting can help digitize everyday personal and business documents, including correspondence, receipts, invoices, contracts, applications, financial statements, school records, and other standard-size paperwork.
The proposed standard service includes scanning loose, prepared documents into PDF files, organizing them into agreed folders, and checking the completed files for readability and missing pages. Searchable PDFs, detailed document-by-document naming, and special handling can be quoted separately.
Whether you have a small collection of important papers or a larger office-organizing project, we will review the materials and explain the price before work begins.
Photos: Bring Your Memories Into Your Digital Life
Family portraits, childhood snapshots, graduation pictures, wedding photographs, and other printed memories can be scanned into digital image files.
The proposed photo service includes 600-dpi scanning of loose printed photographs up to 8 × 10 inches, delivered as JPEG files with basic cropping and orientation checks. Photo restoration, extensive color correction, album removal, and fragile or oversized originals require a separate assessment and quote.
Our purpose is to create useful digital copies while treating your originals with care. Original documents and photographs are returned after scanning.
Choose How You Receive and Store Your Scans
USB Flash Drive: A Copy You Can Keep
Receive your completed scans on a flash drive for use with compatible computers and devices. Files can be organized into folders such as “Family Photos,” “Business Records,” or another naming structure agreed upon when you place your order.
A company-supplied flash drive is a separate, one-time purchase. Transfer to a suitable customer-supplied drive can be included with the scanning order, subject to compatibility and a security check.
Flash-drive-only customers do not pay a monthly maintenance fee.
Website Backup: Help When You Need Your Files Again
Customers who enroll in our backup service can have a copy of their completed scans retained through our firewall-protected website.
Lose your flash drive? Accidentally delete your local copies? While your backup subscription is active and the files remain in your archive, contact Any Business Consulting to request retrieval. After verifying your identity, we can provide another digital copy of the retained scans without requiring you to bring back the originals for rescanning.
An ongoing monthly maintenance fee applies to website backup storage. It is separate from the one-time scanning charge.
Keeping another copy matters: the Federal Trade Commission advises backing up valuable files because a computer failure, malware, or other incident can cause data loss. A backup provides another recovery option rather than leaving everything dependent on one device.

Your offer should therefore emphasize personal service, manageable order sizes, and convenient backup—not claim to beat every bulk-scanning provider.
